Implications of the Resurrection

All around the world today, churches are celebrating the resurrection of Christ. One aspect of Christ’s resurrection that is easily overlooked is that it points to an important future event that many people deny or hate to think about: The judgement of the world. In today’s message, we will consider some sobering words spoken by the apostle Paul to a group of philosophers, some of whom mocked the idea of the resurrection. The apostle Paul in response gave a powerful witness to the reality of the resurrection and its implications for future judgement.
