What is Realm?
Realm is an online ministry tool that our church switched to in January 2018. It was developed by ACS Technologies, a group that has been producing management software for churches and non-profit companies for almost 40 years.
Realm is designed for staff and congregation to connect with each other in real time. If you consider yourself part of this church family, you’ll love using it!
Realm allows us to send out announcements electronically as we need to, rather than waiting for Sunday morning to publish them in the bulletin. Realm also allows us to do many other things more efficiently and effectively, like planning and managing events, submitting prayer requests, and tracking attendance for pastoral care.
Realm further allows you to manage your personal information and who is allowed to see it, and you can keep in touch with the people and groups you choose. It will also allow you to do things like check and print giving statements and access the church’s online directory. All you need is the Realm Connect app on a mobile device.
What about your privacy?
Realm is safe, private, and secure. Your privacy is one of our greatest concerns. Realm is only be made up of the people in our church. It’s not like a social network that’s open to everyone. Realm keeps your data safe and gives you control over what information you share and who can see it.
